Refund & Return Policy

1. 14-Day Right to Refund

You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return unopened bottles of Endelle Clarity for a full refund. This is a voluntary satisfaction guarantee that meets and exceeds the Australian Consumer Law requirements.

2. Conditions of Return

Returnable Items

• Unopened, sealed bottles only
• Original packaging intact
• All capsules accounted for
• Purchased within 14 days

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used bottles (hygiene and safety reasons)
• Bottles beyond the 14-day return window
• Damaged bottles where the breach occurred post-purchase
• Bottles returned without original packaging

3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@youthbios.world or +61 2 8047 1234 to request a return authorisation.

Step 2: We will provide return shipping instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we determine the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Step 3: Ship your unopened bottle(s) back to us. Please retain tracking information for your records.

Step 4: Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method (the courier payment method used at delivery). Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

If you paid by cash at delivery, a refund will be issued by bank transfer to an account you nominate. Refunds do not include original shipping costs (which are free on all orders).

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your package arrives damaged or the product is defective, please:

• Refuse acceptance or note damage on delivery receipt
• Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
• We will either send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you

6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order for free at any time before your package ships. Contact us at info@youthbios.world or call +61 2 8047 1234 to cancel. Once your package is dispatched, cancellation is subject to our return policy above.

7. Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse to accept a delivery, you may do so at no cost. The package will be returned to us and a full refund issued within 14 days of receipt.

8. Exceptions

We cannot process refunds if:

• You have opened or used the product
• More than 14 days have passed since purchase
• The bottle shows signs of tampering or external damage not related to shipping
• You do not provide proof of purchase (order reference or invoice)
